Requirements

We are looking for Scrum master with at least 5 years of experience and leading scrums for hybrid Cloud solutions, to join a growing engineering organization. The ideal person must have worked in a fast-paced team environment responsible for frequent product releases, project management.

What you'll do (Duties and Responsibilities):
  • Lead multiple scrum teams using Agile methodology and scrum practices
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and scrum teams to drive value with each
    sprint
  • Remove any impediments and coach and collaborate with across team on
    removing those obstructions
  • Help the scrum teams to achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
  • Support the product owners, scrum teams and provide guidance
  • Ensure deliverables are up to high quality standards at the end of each sprint
  • Facilitate backlog grooming sessions by coordinating with scrum team, product owner and Product management
  • Conduct sprint retrospective, sprint demos and sprint reviews
  • Report on team velocity, bug queue, feature/tech debt etc

What you'll need (Basic Qualifications)
  • Prior experience in leading multiple small scrum teams
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (user stories, story points, backlog refinement, sprint planning, etc)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
  • Ability to adapt and change in fast paced environment
  • Self-driven, motivated and ability to stay focused in high pace environment
  • Degree in computer sciences or similar field


Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise
  • Scrum master certification is required (SAFe or similar)
  • Experience with working companies developing modern SaaS / Cloud / Microservices based products

FOR US ONLY: Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Retirement Savings, Wellness

this role is $100,000 - $150,000 / Year.
