Scrum Master - Relocation with Security Clearance

Opportunity: We are actively seeking a talented individual with an active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance to join our team as a Computer Software Engineer and Scrum Master to design, develop, and implement software solutions that leverage modern technologies while applying Agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient and high-quality software delivery. This individual will also serve as a Scrum Master when needed. Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. * Apply Agile and Scrum best practices to drive efficient development cycles. * Serve as a Scrum Master when needed, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. * Ensure software solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance. * Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers. * Integrate software solutions with cloud platforms, databases, and third-party APIs. * Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing software applications. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. * 3+ years of experience in software development and engineering. * Proven experience in software development with proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript). * Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with Scrum frameworks. * Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent). * Experience with cloud computing (AWS or Azure Cloud). * Proficiency in modern development tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (Git). * Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture is a plus. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
