Hiring 1 Scrum Master. Teams are running full Scrum and are in the transition process to Agile.

Position Details:

• 60% Scrum Master and 40% Project Manager
• Creating processes throughout transition to Agile
• Seasoned in Scrum and can guide/mentor teams on Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Standing up teams, transitioning to Agile, addressing and helping to establish processes during Agile transition
• Teams are mostly standalone, however there is some coordination for integrations between teams
• Heavy use of Clarity to track actuals

Location: Fort Mill, SC (Will be remote until back on-site in 2021)
Interview Process: 2 step interview; Thursday and Friday this week
