Job Responsibilities:

• Manage scrum teams in line with Customer Focused Agile.
• Facilitate required Agile ceremonies and manage necessary updates to process.
• Coordinate communication, priority meetings with stakeholders, publish project reports
• Facilitate Roadmap discussions at the portfolio level
• Manage ongoing prioritization discussions at enterprise level

Qualifications:

• Must have experience of working/ managing Billing Module based project in P&C Insurance.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within Agile environments, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
• In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles, and the ability to adapt practices to meet team needs.
• Facilitation Skills: Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills, with a focus on empowering team members to take ownership of their work.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and removing impediments that may impact team performance.
• Familiarity with software development processes and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and an understanding of DevOps practices is a plus.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred. Additional Agile-related certifications (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) are a plus.
• Ability to foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and accountability within the team and across the organization.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and evolving business needs, demonstrating resilience in a fast-paced environment.
