Key Responsibilities
- Assist with client engagement and management
- Oversee day-to-day work and monitoring of progress towards client/project goals
- Assist with project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of projects
- Escalate and resolve issues that serve as blockers or place objectives at risk
- Aid in the mentoring of engineers through metrics and continued professional growth development
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Required Qualifications:
- Associate level Scrum Certification (i.e. Certified Scrum Professional ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Professional Product Owner)
- 3+ years of experience working in cross-functional, Agile teams and managing client expectations in a fast-paced environment
- Strong skills in data visualization and reporting tools
- Proven experience managing project metrics, reporting, and creating client-facing dashboards or presentations
- Jira experience required
- Cloud infrastructure or software development industry experience
- Consulting experience
