. Job Title :Cogniznat is looking for Scrum Master 2. Job Summary :1.Experience working in scrum master 2.Introduce new user or job stories in scrum masterr 3.Experience working in Retail Ecommerce / Healthcare domain. 4.Highly motivated team player with excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills. 5.Worked efficiently on multiple projects spanning over different releases at the same time 6.Ensure that stories are clearly defined and include constraints and high quality acceptance criteria 7.Ensure that acceptance criteria aligns with stakeholder expectations 8.Ensure that acceptance criteria covers all reasonable happy path and error path situations 3. Shift :General shift: 9AM-7PM IST 4. Roles & Responsibilities :Should have knowledge on sprint artifacts. Should know to drive sprint demo review meetings etc. independently and able to resolve impediments in the team. Should help the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items 5. Demand requires Travel? :No 6. Certification(s) Required :No
