Job Description -

Responsibilities

• Scrum Master/Lead will need to manage three projects/products with on-shore / offshore team.
• Effective collaboration with multiple product managers and manage the team
• Effective verbal and written communication with IT and Business leadership and team
• Perform all standard scrum ceremonies

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Scrum, Backlog management, and Agile best practices.
• Ability to implement Scrum Framework and Kanban Methodology in full. A deep understanding of Agile frameworks and practices will be called upon to coach and mentor your team so that they improve sprint over sprint.
• Must have an Agile Mindset and promote the value of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict management, continuous improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency. Ability to use backlog and portfolio management tools such as JIRA, Actionable Agile, Agile Roadmap to build out sprint boards, open and close sprints, move work items, create and tag releases, create and update key milestones, collect and use the data for forecasting and predictability, create and implement filters and dashboards.
• Ability to use collaboration tools such as Confluence and SharePoint to create documentation and artifact repositories for knowledge transfers and sharing.
