Key Responsibilities:
1. gile Coaching:
o Mentor and coach agile teams in agile practices and principles.
o Facilitate agile training sessions and workshops.
o Promote a culture of continuous improvement and agile mindset across the organization.
o Provide guidance on agile tools and techniques to enhance team performance.
2. Program Management:
o Lead and manage large, complex programs consisting of multiple agile teams.
o Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets.
o Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of program objectives.
o Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and obstacles that may impact program success.
o Communicate program status, progress, and key metrics to stakeholders.
3. Scrum Master:
o Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
o Ensure the team adheres to Scrum practices and principles.
o Remove impediments and blockers to enable the team to deliver high-quality work.
o Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
o Track and report on team progress, velocity, and other key performance indicators.
