Job Description:
- Solid understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
- Previous experience working within multiple teams and/or Agile organizations.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and empower teams, fostering a collaborative and self-organizing environment.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Knowledge of Agile techniques such as User Stories, Continuous Integration, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Familiarity with Agile tools and software, such as Azure DevOps
- Scrum Master certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM)) is preferred.
