WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Guide Agile development teams to success as a Scrum Master, facilitating collaboration, removing obstacles, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The nature of the work as a Scrum Master, facilitating collaboration, removing obstacles, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, is focused in ensuring the effective application of Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality products within established timelines. Responsibilities include:

• Scrum Facilitation: Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
• Collaboration: Foster collaboration within and between cross-functional teams, promoting communication and transparency. Facilitate discussions and decision-making to drive project success.
• Obstacle Removal: Identify and eliminate impediments that hinder team progress. Proactively address challenges to ensure the team can deliver value without disruptions.
• Continuous Improvement: Instill a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Encourage reflection, feedback, and the adoption of best practices to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Metrics and Reporting: Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics. Provide visibility into the team's performance and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog. Ensure alignment between business goals and development efforts.
• Training and Coaching: Provide training and coaching on Agile principles and practices. Mentor team members in the adoption of Agile methodologies and help them grow in their roles.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with a successful track record.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to quickly identify and remove impediments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective facilitation and collaboration.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and learning, with mentoring and coaching abilities.
• Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies.
• Proficiency in using Agile metrics and tools for tracking performance and progress.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to align team efforts with business goals.
