Position Description
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Search & Social Supervisor to oversee the execution of high-performing paid search and social campaigns. You'll contribute to strategic campaign planning, manage day-to-day campaign operations, and mentor junior staff members to ensure outstanding results for a dedicated portfolio of pharmaceutical clients.

Position Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of integrated paid search and paid social media strategies aligned with business goals and KPI's for each account.
- Develop and present to clients comprehensive media briefs, plans, and strategy recommendations.
- Oversee all aspects of campaign management and performance, including budgets, campaign objectives, audience adjustment, etc.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for reporting, analytics, tracking/tagging as needed.
- Supervise and mentor a team of junior Analysts, providing guidance, training, and performance reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and own proactive and clear communication.
- Ensure all paid activities comply with relevant regulatory and industry standards (PRC, FDA, etc.).
- Participate in new business initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Technical Qualifications -
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field and 5-6 years paid search and paid social experience, or equivalent combination of both
- Client or account management experience
- Pharmaceutical/healthcare experience strongly preferred
- Expert understanding of platforms including, but not limited to: SA360, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Meta, Reddit, LinkedIn
- Media forecasting and planning experience strongly preferred
- Google Ads Certification required
- Microsoft Advertising Search Certification required
- Meta Blueprint Certification required
- Google Analytics Certification strongly preferred
- LinkedIn Ads Certification strongly preferred
Skills & Competencies -
- Strategic thinking and planning experience; ability to make thoughtful data-driven decisions
- Leadership and management experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation and client-facing skills
- Expertise in paid media platforms and data analysis tools
- Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its regulations
- Continuous self-education to stay ahead of trends, best practices, and emerging technologies as it relates to search & social
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer
