The role focuses on providing expert advisory services and ensuring timely delivery of contract requirements related to security and privacy controls.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of privacy controls and security systems, ensuring effective implementation of IT and privacy policies.
- Define the privacy impact of new systems or interfaces and develop compliance audits for external services like cloud providers.
- Manage Accreditation Packages and provide input to Risk Management Framework activities.
- Identify privacy risks and gaps, ensuring all necessary remediation plans are in place.
- Conduct privacy reviews and develop risk management plans.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of cybersecurity experience and an advanced degree in a related field, or equivalent experience/certifications.
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for an FDIC background investigation.
- Must reside in the DC Metro area.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Expertise in cybersecurity principles (CIS CSC, NIST SP 800-53, Cybersecurity Framework).
- Strong knowledge of security/privacy controls, secure coding techniques, and privacy risk management.
- Experience with vulnerability assessments, risk analysis, and security compliance.
Required Certifications:
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) - Mandatory
- IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP)
- IAPP Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM)
Salary Range: 120K - $130K
