Job Description:

Job Grade: 30E

The Security Engagement Manager focuses on facilitating communication between UPS and External Law Enforcement organizations. Through program management and relationship development, they will protect both our employees and brand. The Engagement Manager directly leads a team of internal intelligence and data support staff.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: building functional programs spanning multiple teams and divisions; applying knowledge to determine best course of action in complex cases; managing caseloads and collaboration efforts between UPS Security and external organizations; building and monitoring financial plans regarding sponsorships and donations; synchronizing with internal UPS support departments on lines of effort; briefing department leaders on impacts and generating recommendations to mitigate risk; and directly supporting scoped UPS Security field investigations.

Education:

College degree is required.

Certifications:

Ability to hold a Government Security Clearance and pass an FBI background check.

Must have skills:

Written and Verbal Communication Skills

Investigation Experience

Knowledge of UPS Operations

Law Enforcement or Judicial Process Experience (Preferred)
