Job Summary: Seeking a highly skilled and motivated IAM Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with a focus on identity and access management systems. This role involves ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of our IAM solutions through rigorous testing and validation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience overall QE experience 6-10yrs , with IAM testing 3-5+yrs, 2+yrs of automation scripting experience.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for IAM solutions.
  • Perform functional, integration, and regression testing on IAM systems.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Conduct security testing to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Automate test processes to improve efficiency and coverage.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality and security aspects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IAM and quality engineering.
  • Automation framework creation and development of automated scripts creation and execution.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on IAM systems.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, protocols, and technologies (e.g., SSO, SAML, OAuth, LDAP).
  • Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Python, Java Script, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
  • Experience with security testing tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions (e.g., AWS IAM, Azure AD).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
