Job Description
CSSO responsibilities include on-site support to BAE employees and subcontractors who require clearance for access to the facility. The CSSO/PSO verifies clearances, processes incoming and outgoing visit requests, and maintains SCIF access. Duties of this position also include briefings, debriefings, badge activation and deactivation, document control, contract security, security interviews, personnel security, insider threat requirements, physical security inspections. Implementation of contract security requirements, development of DD254s, and proposal support will be a requirement.
Required Skills and Education
Bachelors degree and six years experience
Experience with Industrial Security databases
Knowledge of facility clearance processing and FOCI
Experience interpreting, applying and implementing the NISPOM, SEADs, and/or ICDs
Experience implementing physical, personnel, industrial and/or information security policy and procedures
