DescriptionJob Title: Security SupervisorLocation: Souderton, PADESCRIPTION:Responsible for managing a secure entrance and perimeter for the facilityLearn all the jobs of your immediate staff.Ensure completion and accuracy of reports done by staffComplete daily and weekly reports as neededSupervise, train, and evaluate performance of staff; implement disciplinary procedures when necessary.Resolve employee's conflicts and issues promptly and objectively.Direct communication with company and outside servicesWork in the Order Management System/Shop FloorWork with the Plant Shipping/Shag Service/TrafficWork with the Traffic Department to coordinate shipping date, times, and locations Maintain Outbound LogsWeigh and maintain logs for inbound and outbound trucksAttend meetings as scheduledOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:Previous security related experience a plusHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent, preferred but not required10-key and computer skills requiredAbility to handle conflictCommunication skills written and verbalAbility to speak multiple languages beneficial but not requiredSelf-starter & Team playerMust be able to demonstrate effective people skillsGood attendance RecordMust be able to work flexible hoursSaturdays & Sundays hours as needed or requiredJBS is an equal opportunity employer.Background check required for this position.
