Salary: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Salary: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively work within the fast-paced healthcare industry to connect families with care communities or in-home care providers during critical transition periods.
- Achieve monthly quotas by generating and converting qualified patient referrals from various healthcare accounts.
- Build, manage, and expand your book of accounts through strategic networking, cold calls, and effective presentation of services.
- Offer ongoing education to families about their care options, ensuring they understand the processes involved when being discharged.
- Coordinate with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to ensure family needs are met and move-ins or care arrangements are successfully executed.
- Implement and provide feedback on new sales initiatives and tests within your territory to enhance performance and outcomes.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualification preferred.
- Minimum of three years of proven outside sales experience, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to present effectively to target audience and handle objections.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM systems; familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
- Must be available for local travel five days a week.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare or hospital sales is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry's dynamics.

- Capability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
