As a Senior Account Executive at our fast-growing Healthcare company, you will serve as a vital link between our services and the healthcare facilities, including hospitals and skilled nursing facilities, within your assigned territory. This role focuses on helping families navigate their care options as they transition from medical facilities to senior living options or in-home care. This position requires a strategic and hungry sales professional who is passionate about making a meaningful impact on families during critical times.
Salary: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive lead generation and move-ins to communities through daily qualified patient referrals from your assigned market plan accounts.
- Consistently achieve set targets by managing a book of accounts that includes cultivating new contacts and effectively following up on all referrals.
- Present our service offerings persuasively at scheduled meetings, spontaneous drop-ins, and during cold calls to maintain and grow account relationships.
- Educate families about their care options, directly correlating their needs with the value provided by our senior living and in-home care advisory services.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to meet service placement quotas monthly.
- Implement, test, and provide feedback on new initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of sales strategies and client engagement.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of three years of outside sales experience with a demonstrable track record of surpassing quotas.
- Proven capability in presenting and influencing key clients and stakeholders within the healthcare industry.
- Strong adaptability to fast-paced and evolving business environments.
- Commitment to extensive local travel within your assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience in healthcare or hospital settings.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and other sales performance tracking tools.
