The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding ProArch's footprint in the IT solutions space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling IT services, a track record of exceeding sales quotas, and expertise in cloud, cybersecurity, and application development solutions. You will be responsible for proactively identifying and closing new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on hunting and acquiring new clients to generate new business opportunities in all services ProArch offer.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within enterprise and mid-market segments.
- Proactively generate leads through networking and leveraging industry contacts.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts.
- Proactively identify and engage with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Promote and sell IT services, including cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity solutions, and application development services.
- Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized solutions for client needs.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and regular reporting.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in IT services sales, preferably within cloud, cybersecurity, or application development.
- Proven experience in sales as a hunter across enterprise and mid-market clients across various industries.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets of 3-5 Million USD.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, capable of effectively engaging clients.
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related experience; further education or certifications in Microsoft products highly regarded.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed in a hunter role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
