Senior Account Executive in Healthcare Services

Join a leading healthcare organization specializing in bridging families with senior living communities and in-home healthcare services after discharge from hospitals and skilled nursing facilities. In this pivotal role, the Senior Account Executive acts as the primary connection between healthcare institutions and the senior living options, ensuring a smooth transition for families during critical times. Salary: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Engage constantly with hospitals and skilled nursing facilities within the assigned territory to drive referrals and facilitate family transitions into appropriate senior care options.
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for patient referrals and successful transitions by managing daily interactions and follow-ups with healthcare professionals.
  • Strategically expand your account portfolio through networking, cold calling, and presenting our services, thereby growing referral volumes significantly.
  • Provide detailed information and education to families regarding their care possibilities and the process of working with our Senior Living Advisors to find optimal care solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to ensure seamless service delivery and family satisfaction.
  • Initiate and test new strategies, including CRM enhancements and account scoring methods, to refine the process and improve outcomes in your territory.

Minimum Position Qualifications:
  • Proven background in outside sales, preferably with three or more years as a successful individual contributor.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and collaborate across teams to achieve business goals.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively engaging and influencing a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Extensive experience in healthcare or hospital sales, with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry's dynamics.
  • Capability to independently drive projects and initiatives in a change-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • A strong desire to continuously learn, improve, and apply new techniques in real-time scenarios.
