We have a new and exciting opportunity to hire an experienced Senior Account Executive for Fragrances at our Parsippany, NJ Creative Center! In this role you will be responsible for applying advanced skills and techniques to drive sales for a portfolio of existing and new tier two, high value/potential accounts through outstanding service and relationship management.

We have a new and exciting opportunity to hire an experienced Senior Account Executive for Fragrances at our Parsippany, NJ Creative Center! In this role you will be responsible for applying advanced skills and techniques to drive sales for a portfolio of existing and new tier two, high value/potential accounts through outstanding service and relationship management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively generate and grow business opportunities for assigned MANE accounts by calling on prospective and established customers
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of client culture, brand strategies, positioning and competition
- Assume a lead role for all sales activity with assigned accounts, including cultivation of customer relationships with key decision-makers
- Develop, communicate and implement sales strategy to achieve growth plans, including forecasts and budgets
- Negotiate price agreements
- Keeps customers informed about available services, prices and new products
- Meets sales targets by obtaining and renewing accounts.
- Monitors competitive activity
- Monitor and adhere to expense budgets and profitability goals
- Determines priority and effort given to each account based on sales potential and sales maintenance
- May handle large accounts and complex or difficult sales
- Consistent with MANE's environmental commitments, every employee shall actively participate in relevant education/training based upon corporate and local environmental objectives. Management shall support and facilitate the actions within their teams to effectively and adequately implement environmental policies, procedures and practices, as well as promote continual improvement consistent with environmental goals.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 4 year college degree preferred
- 6+ years sales experience in flavor/fragrance industry required, with advanced industry knowledge, and strategy development capabilities
