Senior Account Manager - Fresh Pork Sales
Are you a dynamic sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment? Do you excel in managing relationships while actively hunting for new business? Clemens Food Group is looking for a Senior Account Manager - Fresh Pork Sales to drive growth, maintain key accounts, and navigate the complexities of fresh pork sales. This role requires quick decision-making, adaptability, and the ability to manage inventory challenges while ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is based out of our Hatfield, PA location. This position is 4 days on-site, with Wednesdays as an off-site option.

A proactive relationship builder-balancing account management while growing key accounts
A problem solver under pressure-able to manage logistics challenges and inventory fluctuations
A sales-driven professional-ideally with experience in fresh or food sales, though strong foundational sales skills will be considered
What you'll do:
Manage and grow a diverse book of business-transition and strengthen key accounts while developing a roadmap for customer growth
Drive fresh pork sales-manage and grow our B2B and further processing customer base
Navigate operational challenges-handling inventory shifts, logistics disruptions, and market variability
Collaborate cross-functionally-partnering with Business Unit Managers to optimize inventory and sales strategies
