Senior Account Manager - Insurance (110K-140K)

Position Overview

We are one of the top commercial insurance brokerages in San Diego. Due to our continued growth, we are looking to add a Senior Account Manager to our team. In this position, you'll be responsible for managing and overseeing client accounts within the insurance sector, focusing on providing exceptional service and strategic solutions to meet clients' insurance needs. This role involves building strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth through effective account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients in the insurance sector
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
• Manage the entire account lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of clients' insurance portfolios
• Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting insurance
• Prepare and present reports on account performance and client satisfaction to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 8+ years of insurance related experience
• Active Property & Casualty license
• Experience working with an independent brokerage is a plus
• Experience with AMS360, Asana and/or Worldox is a plus
