Responsibilities
- Manage and grow strategic OEM accounts while identifying and pursuing new opportunities
- Sell automation solutions through an indirect channel, working closely with distributors and integrators
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to develop tailored solutions for clients
- Navigate complex sales cycles and engage with key decision-makers at multiple levels
- Stay informed on industry trends and position solutions as best-in-class
- 10+ years of experience selling industrial automation solutions to OEMs
- Strong technical understanding of automation technologies and integration processes
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and drive revenue growth
- Experience working with distributors, integrators, and other indirect sales channels
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Highly competitive compensation package with uncapped commission potential
