Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Account Manager based in Chicago to help grow our market presence in the Mid-West region.
  • This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in our continued success while working remotely from Chicago.
  • Drive business development by securing new accounts and building relationships with prospects.
  • Represent our company at industry conferences, showcasing our history and capabilities.
  • Contribute to RFI and RFP processes, positioning us for success with new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our team of recruiters to deliver staffing services that meet client needs.
  • Work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining a structured approach.
  • Working in our fast-paced and structured environment remotely from Chicago in the U.S., dealing directly with client managers or their managed service provider (MSP) representatives.
  • Provide contract labor and permanent hire placement services to a roster of Fortune 1000 clients.

Qualifications :
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong cold-calling abilities and a talent for building new relationships.
  • Sales experience in a vertical market (e.g., technology, finance, healthcare, engineering, life sciences).
  • Excellent skills in sales, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Strong self-motivation, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as ZohoCRM.
  • Experience with virtual meeting platforms.
  • 4-year college degree preferred.
  • Willingness to travel (10-15%) to conferences and client meetings as required.
