Senior Accountant
The Finance Department of Key Program Inc., a non-profit social service agency, is seeking a full-time, 40-hour per week Senior Accountant in their administrative office in Westborough, MA. Be a part of an organization that values employee well-being and promotes a positive work/life culture.

Core Responsibilities:
The Senior Accountant plays a key role in ensuring the financial integrity of the agency by managing day-to-day accounting functions, preparing accurate financial statements, supporting grant and state contracts compliance, and assisting with audits and regulatory reporting. The Senior Accountant works as part of the Finance team to support regional administrative and management staff within the organization.
Total Compensation:
Salary: Starting salary range of $100,000 - $110,000 with opportunities for future annual merit-based salary increases.

Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related-business degree, or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
- A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably within a non-profit organization.
- A minimum of 5 years using business management software applications, preferably ADP.
- Advanced proficiency with Office 365, particularly Excel.
