Senior Accountant

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. This position is fully onsite in the Los Angeles area. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $90,000 to $110,000 per year.

Job Description:

• Supports the Company's monthly close process
• Supports the Company's fixed asset accounting processes
• Supports financial and SOX audits
• Displays a continuous improvement mindset, analyzing current processes and identifying, recommending, and implementing process and procedural improvements.
• Participates in various departmental projects

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in accounting or related field
• 5-8 years of related corporate accounting experience
• CPA Required
• Intermediate knowledge (or better) of Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Sage Intacct, Bill.com or other mid-size to large ERP
• Effective communication, analytical, research and problem-solving skills
• Ability to self-manage with little instruction
