Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounting cycle, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, and analysis for various accounts including cash, prepaid, fixed assets, liabilities, and expenses
• Ensure compliance with GAAP accounting principles and company policies and procedures
• Assist in month-end close activities and preparation of financial statements
• Analyze and investigate variances in income statements and balance sheets
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Manage payroll functions ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Accrue expenses and reconcile accounts
• Maintain ERP system and ensure accurate and timely input of financial data
• Utilize Viewpoint Vista to create and distribute financial reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in accounting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles
• Experience with month-end close processes
• Experience with AP, AR, and payroll functions
• Proficiency with ERP systems, Viewpoint Vista preferred
