Our dynamic client is looking for a Senior Accountant to help with managing the month-end activities, financial reporting, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Reconcile accounts, analyze variances, and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Support audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or working toward certification preferred.
• 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a technology or high-growth environment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks) and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
