JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in Accounting or Finance. 5-10 years general accounting experience with prior experience in manufacturing environment preferred. Previous cost accounting experience helpful. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization skills, attention to detail and accuracy are required. Advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel; using formulas and functions to drive automation and efficiencies. Experience with ERP Programs (Syteline preferred) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to react quickly to providing solutions and resolving issues. Ability to stay focused while managing multiple tasks/projects, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others toward mutual objectives and ability to influence across cross functional teams.
