Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-driven Senior Accountant to support accurate financial reporting and play a key role in month-end close, account reconciliation, tax analysis, and special projects. This position is full-time onsite

The key areas you will be working in are:

• Executive journal entries and support month-end close
• Prepare and analyze account reconciliations
• Assist with audits and tax return preparation
• Manage daily cash reconciliations and shareholder/tax payments
• Oversee fixed asset and inventory reporting
• Produce employee travel reports and support the Concur system
• Research financial/tax issues and support special projects

After one year, you'll know you were successful as you reflect on:

• A clean General ledger with correct data
• Met month-end reconciliations targets
• Became the go-to person for D365
• Concur Expenses and reports are aligned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA or MBA a plus)
• 5+ years of corporate accounting experience
• Proficient in accounting software; advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
