Kish is hiring a full-time Senior Accounting Manager at the North Atherton Financial Center in State College, PA.
The main responsibilities of the role include specializing in organizing, maintaining, managing and reporting the institution's financial records to ensure compliance wiht laws and regulatory reporting requirements. Responsible for producing and researching of regulatory and ad-hoc reporting and analyzing including SEC and SOX reporting; serving as a subject matter expert resource on various organizational projects and activities; and participating in strategic projects undertaken by the bank's senior leadership.

Qualifications
- Requires minimum BS Accounting or Finance Degree.
- 3-5 Years' experience in Finance and Accounting in financial services industry
- Proficient in interpreting, analyzing and reporting accounting and financial information
- Knowledge and experience with regulatory reporting preferred
- Possesses detailed understanding of GAAP accounting principles and knowledge of current accounting standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Demonstrated capability to work with minimal supervision, manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication skill
