Requirements: * Active TS/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain a CI Poly
* 8+ years' experience in a field directly related to information technology
* CompTIA Sec+ certification required
* Completed Bachelor's degree & 8 years' experience or High School & 12 years of Help Desk or related experience
* At least 5+ years of directly related experience supporting Active Directory operations and engineering
* Subject matter expert in configuration of the Active Directory and Windows Server domain controllers
* Strong understanding of architecting and configuring Microsoft Windows OS technology including AD Forests, Domains, Trusts, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Organizational Units
* Proficient in Windows PowerShell - Able to understand scripts written & maintained by the team running on various networks * Perform common administrative tasks - Apply security patches/fixes & configure and maintain various software use in conjunction with Active Directory
* Serve as a technical expert for Tier 1/2/3 support groups
* Experience with Remedy, ServiceNow, and customer service, in general
* Troubleshoot issues as they arise and work with cross-functional teams to rectify
* Coordinate with IT service providers and communicate outages and plans for recovery
* The candidate must have a strong work ethic and self-motivated
* Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
* Proven ability in working independently with minimal oversight
* Proven experience in recommending solutions that improve customer satisfaction and\\or the mission of the customer
* ALL-AROUND AWESOME TEAM PLAYER with a passion for serving/helping others!
* Ability to obtain a Polygraph within 30 days of starting. Desired: * Scripting experience - python, ansible
* Azure or AWS Experience
* Experience with Exchange, Jabber, Cisco UC
