- Collaborate & Communicate Effectively - Partner with our Administrative Services team and department stakeholders to optimize HR operations and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure Compliance & Best Practices - Maintain adherence to labor laws, policies, and HR regulations.
- Drive Efficiency & Process Improvement - Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and support key HR initiatives.
- Leverage Data and Insights - Analyze workforce trends, HR Metrics, and compliance data to inform decision-making and enhance HR programs.
Typical Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business management, public administration, or political science
- 3 years of full-time administrative and analytical experience

- Salary - $116,438.40 - $142,889.76
