THE ROLE
The Senior Advisor brings impact to the business community and help owners achieve their business and personal goals. You will achieve this by assisting, advising, and directing the owners of private businesses in making the right financial and strategic decisions to enhance their business. You become the financial leader of the business and will drive all financial discussions and initiatives. Understanding the strategic initiatives of the business will allow you to support the business owner in executing their strategic plan and ensure they are moving forward. You will identify financial and business issues that will influence the business owner's decision making process. Under guidance of this role, the business owner gains more clarity into their business, more confidence that they have the right data to make better decisions and ultimately, feel more control over the direction of the business.

REQUIREMENTS
- The persona detailed above
- Industry experience in a CFO role (3 to 5 years minimum)
- CPA designation with 10+ years of experience
