SAIC is looking for a Senior Advisor with top-tier strategy and management credentials and a nuanced understanding of geopolitical dynamics derived from extensive international assignments. This candidate will use sound judgement to make timely decisions in complex situations and advise the client on appropriate courses of action. Candidate will serve as a trusted advisor that is able to inform decisions at senior executive level, adept at handling objection, and able to quickly grasp and implement new technological and business concepts.
The successful candidate must be creative, forward-thinking, responsive and adept at gathering and synthesizing information from a range of sources

Duties Include:
- Develop, lead, and execute external outreach and communications strategy, including communications planning, external stakeholder mapping, and other targeted efforts to identify and engage key audiences
- Coordinate with matrixed teams from several government agencies, establishing strong engagement to ensure resources and capabilities are leveraged effectively
- Analyze customer needs; make appropriate recommendations for message/information development, and communication method selection
- Advise on the expansion of operations, personnel, and spaces
- Establish exceptional rapport with partner elements resulting in new joint initiatives and tangible benefits for customer team
- Provide monthly and weekly activity reports summarizing project accomplishments
- 16 or more years of relevant experience and a Master's Degree
- 10+ years of directly related work experience
- Persuasive subject-matter expert with superb writing and briefing skills; adept at generating policy-related memos and talking points
- 10+ years of experience in the intelligence field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as creativity and the ability to meet deadlines
- Exemplary professional attitude and demonstrated ability in exercising tact, diplomacy, good judgment, and customer service and support, as well as the ability to interface effectively with a variety of people
- Must currently have TS/SCI and Poly
