In our time of Company growth, we are seeking a Senior Analyst.
Work Location: Bradenton, FL
As part of this role, you will:
- Extract, compile, and validate statistical, financial, and operational data
- Provide trend analysis and compare to budgeted targets
- Develop and maintain standardized reports and cadence for distribution
- Participate in the operational budgeting process including providing data service lines for revenue and expenditure planning
- Monitor and analyze budget-to-actual performance regarding financial and operational data, identifying areas for cost control, and efficiency improvement
- Monitor and trend revenue realization and opportunities for improvement
- Provide recommendations for streamlining reporting and operational improvements
- Identify and assess financial and operational risks, proposing mitigation strategies as needed
- Stay informed about economic, industry, and regulatory trends that may impact the company's performance
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's operations
- Stay current with advancements in data analysis tools and techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, operations, and other departments
- Create key performance indicator dashboards and data visualization tools and share with operational leaders
- Oversee special projects assigned by the operational leaders
- Research, assess, and present findings regarding special projects and recommend solutions to streamline business processes
- Collaborating with interdepartmental and company-wide leaders to create and implement business solutions
- Track and report near-real-time data regarding business operations and assigned project implementation
- Review and assess operational documents and processes and provide recommendations for improvement
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned
Requirements
What you need to bring to this role:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong understanding of healthcare payers and revenue cycle process
- Understanding of business operations and healthcare workflows
- Healthcare and physician practice experience preferred
- 2-5 years of operational leadership in healthcare
