Mission:
Quantum is currently seeking a Senior Analyst to support its Force Development Equipping, Plans, and Operations Division (FDP) team in the Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) G-8 Force Development organization at the Pentagon.

Mission:
Quantum is currently seeking a Senior Analyst to support its Force Development Equipping, Plans, and Operations Division (FDP) team in the Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) G-8 Force Development organization at the Pentagon.
Responsibilities:
- Have a depth of knowledge of how the Army works and how the various organizations and components within the Army interact.
- Coordinate with other Army, Joint and Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense staffs and to present information to DOI for use by senior officers on the Army staff and other agencies as appropriate.
- Prepare and provide an assessment of affordability, supportability, and disposition of Staff Synchronization Officer managed equipment through the Joint Capabilities and Integration Development System (JCIDS), Basis of Issue Plan Feeder Data (BOIPFD), and Basis of Issue Plan (BOIP) development process.
- Manage LIN life cycle management through LIN validation and cQUIP actions; and provide analysis on Reserve Component congressional reports (National Guard and Reserve Equipment Report, Equipment Management Brief, National Guard and Reserve Equipment Appropriation buy list) and HQDA Critical Dual Use LIN listing documents.
- Prepare and provide input on several briefings which include the Organizational Requirements Documentation Approval Board (ORDAB) Council of Colonels, ORDAB GOSC, cQUIP GOSC, Army Working Capital Fund Requirements Review Group (ARRG) and LIN life cycle management through LIN validation Council of Colonels (CoC).
- Develop professional training briefings/materials as required.
Requirements:
- Current SECRET clearance required.
- Bachelors or Master's degree. Have a minimum of 8 years of direct or equivalent experience and/or expertise in Force Development. Experience may be obtained at varying levels of Army organizations, but candidates should have experience at most senior levels of the Army such as HQDA, MACOMs, or Army Service Component Commands. Equivalent experience with other government or Defense agencies/services is also acceptable.
- Familiarity and/or experience with acquisition and programming (to include budget exhibits).
- Have superior skills in Microsoft Excel to enable manipulation of large amounts of data.
- Must have excellent MS Excel skills, MS Access also helpful.
- Must be able to work within a team environment, as well as independently.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with team members, government personnel, and senior Army leadership.
- Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task/manage multiple priorities.
