All Form Health patients work closely with their care team, which includes board certified physicians, advanced practice professionals and Registered Dietitians. Through our proprietary mobile app patients engage in regular video visits, as well as text messaging, photo journaling, digital data transmission, and customized educational materials. About the role:We are seeking a Senior Analyst as a foundational hire within our Finance and Strategy department. You'll work closely with the Senior Director of Finance and SVP, Finance and Strategy, along with key partners around the organization, to drive analyses and projects with meaningful business impact. The team relies on a data-driven and results-oriented approach to solve cross-functional challenges.
To ensure success in the role, you should be comfortable conducting quantitative data analysis, working collaboratively and iteratively with other departments to scope and execute on projects, and reporting results to a broader working team. The outputs of your work will inform business decisions that optimize for growth and operational efficiency as we continue to scale.
This role is a hybrid role based in Boston, MA and would require someone to be in the office at least 2-3 days per week.

Base Annual Salary
$100,000-$115,000 USD

Scope and areas of responsibility:
Cross-functional projects and strategic analyses
- Support growth planning and modeling, which includes developing and evaluating critical inputs and assumptions to our operating model, and partnering with cross-functional leaders within Operations, Clinical, Talent Acquisition, and Sales/Marketing to validate and enhance the inputs
- Drive initiatives to support clinical operational efficiency, including provider utilization and scaling of the clinical organization, in partnership with Operations and Clinical departments
- Support the quarterly strategic planning process, including assistance in development of company and departmental targets and objectives
- Conduct ongoing and ad hoc analyses for Operations, Clinical, and Talent Acquisition departments in support of the company's near- and long-term operational health
- Create and improve decision-making frameworks with cross-functional partners to help structure analyses and facilitate alignment across working teams
Company performance and KPI reporting
- Explore and prioritize key performance indicators (KPIs) that are deemed critical to business operations and company performance
- Develop dashboards and reporting to improve visibility into financial and operating performance
- Synthesize information and evaluate performance to deliver actionable insights to functional executives
- Establish a regular cadence for ongoing read-outs to the leadership team and other cross-functional parties
Data
- Build processes and systems that can support our rapid growth utilizing data and technology-enabled solutions where possible; assist in the development of the data roadmap and product requirements
- Partner extensively with representatives from Data and Product & Engineering as a department advocate as well as clear communicator of cross-functional perspectives and needs
- Increase our company's efforts around automation and systematic reporting, including the development and use of Business Intelligence (BI) tools
- Conduct ad hoc queries and analyses with unstructured or incomplete data to support ongoing projects
Finance & Strategy department objectives
- Optimize the team's workflows to help build a best-in-class analytics center of excellence for the company
- Assist in preparation of deliverables to the Form Health Board of Directors
- Support ongoing and future capital initiatives including fundraising
- Support the team's growth and hiring objectives
Where you'll make an impact:
- In the first 90 days
- Become intimately familiar with the mechanics and growth/efficiency drivers of Form Health's operating model
- Partner cross-functionally to identify and prioritize KPIs, establish definitions and measurement parameters, and sketch an infrastructure for ongoing performance reporting
- Perform a gap analysis between required and available data, and articulate the needs to leaders within Finance and other key functions
- In the first year
- Improve data and reporting capabilities to provide enhanced visibility of key operating metrics of the business
- Create repeatable processes to support quarterly and annual planning initiatives, as well as other analyses relied upon by partners in Operations, Clinical, and Talent Acquisition
- Assist in analyses to identify and execute strategic opportunities that are deemed critical for the company's sustained growth and operational efficiency
You'll be successful if you have:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in a highly analytical role, preferably in finance, banking, management consulting, or operations
- Experience in a high-growth startup/tech environment (preferred but not required); healthcare experience a plus
- Adaptability and thrive in fast-paced environments; excited to solve problems within the ambiguity and limited structure of a high-growth start-up
- Desire to build, create, and learn; the right candidate will have a growth mindset and a high level of intellectual curiosity
- Strong business intuition and familiarity with financial concepts and reporting
- Experience working with finance and data information systems, as well as building and/or use of BI tools such as Sigma Computing and Snowflake. SQL familiarity is a plus.
- Experience establishing and cultivating strong relationships with cross-functional partners
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners at all levels of the organization
- Organizational and project management skills and ability to lead a team, prioritize tasks, and see projects through from inception to completion on schedule
