In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, drive innovation, and enhance our analytical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Data Strategy & Insights: Analyze data trends, troubleshoot issues, and provide data-driven recommendations to support business objectives.
  • Performance Reporting: Develop comprehensive performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring key metrics remain actionable.
  • Testing & Optimization: Design and refine testing methodologies (e.g., A/B testing, statistical analyses) to uncover actionable insights and improve business outcomes.
  • Predictive Modeling: Build and refine predictive models to forecast performance trends and optimize strategic decision-making.
  • Business Intelligence Development: Act as a data liaison, ensuring seamless data integration and reporting through robust analytical frameworks.
  • Process Improvement: Enhance measurement and reporting processes, setting new standards for analytical rigor.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex data insights into clear, strategic recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications & Skills
  • A bachelor's degree in statistics, engineering, economics, mathematics, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, Knime, RESTful APIs, Python, and R.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau) for creating dashboards and reports.
  • Experience training machine learning (ML) models for marketing applications, such as campaign optimization, customer segmentation, and ROI analysis.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights in a clear and actionable manner.
