Position Summary

AMB Sports & Entertainment (AMBSE) seeks a highly motivated, analytical individual to assist with lead generation, revenue, retention, and fan intelligence reporting for the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United FC, Atlanta United 2, and Mercedes-Benz Stadium events. The Fan Data & Insights Senior Analyst will be responsible for performing complex querying, analyzing and tracking all aspects of the ticket sales journey, working directly with marketing, sales, and retention leadership to deliver insights about our fans and evaluate campaign performance. Analyze our holistic revenue funnel across Falcons, Atlanta United, third party major events, and sponsorship, this role will develop live dashboards that drive the organization's data-driven decision making forward.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Assist the Director of Fan Data in developing reporting, analysis, and strategic recommendations to support the business goals of key AMBSE stakeholders
  • Develop data-driven lead generation and lead score modeling for our Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United season ticket leads by capturing and importing fan data, analyzing engagement with digital channels, and evaluating CRM touchpoints
  • Provide mentorship, training, and development opportunities to the Data & Technology internship program members
  • Manage and prepare dashboards through PowerBI to show progress on revenue goals and trends
  • Analyze and report on sales and service rep activity, success, and pipeline efficiency
  • Build fan profiles that demonstrate tendencies, characteristics, and behaviors for season ticket prospects, members, and other key stakeholders
  • Identify at-risk accounts and develop reporting strategies for proactive retention
  • Collaborate with the Director of Fan Data to innovate continuously on new methods of fan data capture, standardization, and trend identification
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve ad-hoc service and email requests using a quick response approach and sound decision making based on available facts


Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or Statistics
  • 1-2 years of work place experience preferred, but not required
  • Expertise and advanced knowledge in querying databases and Structured Query Language (SQL)
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing real-time dashboards from scratch (PowerBI preferred)
  • Experience creating advanced predictive models in R/Python is a plus
  • Ability to exercise independent ideas to evolve database quality, quantity, projects, and functions

  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
