Skills Required:
Good years of experience in IT infrastructure, preferably in an analyst or windows server admin role.
Highly proficient in Enterprise Infrastructure, Microsoft Azure, M365 office suite & Defender Suite.
Familiarity with modern operating systems, server platforms and virtualization (Nutanix, Hyper- V, & VMware) technologies.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, SCCM, SCOM, Intune, DHCP, Exchange on-premises and PowerShell.
Working knowledge of Intune policy management, including implementation experience. Autopilot rollouts and Apple Business Manager knowledge preferred.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices, including endpoint protection, data encryption, and identity management.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
Must be a detail-oriented person with demonstrated ability to collate and manipulate data efficiently to drive insights and action plans.
Excellent communicator with demonstrated ability to articulate technical initiatives to business stakeholders in email, PowerPoints, and long-format documents.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading technical projects from planning to implementation, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Assist in planning, designing, implementing, and delivering infrastructure environment to support company strategic initiatives
Ensure new technologies planned for production have appropriate support and training plans for successful deployment to the business
Monitor and maintain enterprise systems and environment to ensure service level agreements are met and security compliance is maintained to meet regulatory requirements
Research and recommend innovative and, where possible, automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify strategies that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, clients and internal customers to ensure smooth implementation and operations of new systems/applications.
Drive processes to adequately forecast for new services and growth of existing services while simultaneously implementing opportunities for cost reductions and efficiencies.
Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business requirements and systems goals and identify and resolve business systems issues.
Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
Support all IT Infrastructure and Operations functions by developing system and process documentation and driving awareness across the IT business.
Support research on hardware and software products to develop business cases that justify recommendations and support purchasing efforts.
Work with IT Infrastructure and Operations leadership to build, articulate, and execute strategy for process and technology initiatives.
Provide project coordination and tactical support for minor operational and capital projects.
Work with infrastructure support groups and Service Management to provide performance analytics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide communications and change management support for IT Infrastructure and Operations initiatives within IT and enterprise.
