You're very experienced in the Microsoft solutions stack but have broad experience with other tools and platforms relevant to a small to mid-sized biotech company, and are looking for a new environment/challenge to tackle.

Bree Graher - Head of IT
Bree began their career on a help desk many years ago, moving into systems administration and solutions design and delivery, before moving into IT management. They have worked in many verticals and as both in-house and outsourced IT, and believe strongly that collaboration and communication are key to defining which of the many possible solutions are the best fit for a specific organization's digital needs.

Originally from Maine, Annie obtained her Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University. She spent eight years in Biotech, Engineering and Tech agency recruitment, then joined Tessera in 2022. Outside of work, she lives in NH with her robot-building husband, two feisty daughters, and two Siberian cats. Her Love Languages include creating playlists, sending memes, and sharing books.

- Career progression in technical IT infrastructure (or related) engineering roles
- Managing corporate user endpoints through remote toolsets
- Vendor management and solution selection
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- History of driving technical improvement projects to completion
- 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally with exposure to biotech or related fields

- Driving improvements for our users and backend systems through implementing best practices in
infrastructure and user systems, including the M365 stack and other industry standard solutions. - Managing vendor relationships to secure beneficial terms, participating in RFPs, and providing
SME regarding solutions architecture for new systems and platforms. - Automating routine tasks through integrations, scripting, and other solutions towards scale.
