  • Implementing and improving organizational processes for application requisition, assignment, management, and related topics and workflows
  • Maintaining thorough and detailed documentation of Tessera's software portfolio, and ensuring renewals are appropriately scoped and executed
  • Managing vendor relationships and communications around software licensing and renewals
  • Automating workflows for identity and application management and governance
  • Connecting with business stakeholders to ensure their application and tool needs are met
  • Being a key stakeholder in budgeting processes; driving fiscal responsibility while enabling users with the necessary tools to for executing their priorities
  • Working both independently and as part of a team to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

You are an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who is comfortable jumping feet first into new situations and enjoys making processes run more efficiently for stakeholders and end users.

Bree began their career on a helpdesk many years ago, moving into systems administration and solutions design and delivery, before moving into IT management. They have worked in many verticals and as both in-house and outsourced IT, and believe strongly that collaboration and communication are key to defining which of the many possible solutions are the best fit for a specific organization's digital needs.
