Bree Graher - Head of IT
Bree began their career on a helpdesk many years ago, moving into systems administration and solutions design and delivery, before moving into IT management. They have worked in many verticals and as both in-house and outsourced IT, and believe strongly that collaboration and communication are key to defining which of the many possible solutions are the best fit for a specific organization's digital needs.

Originally from Maine, Annie obtained her Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University. She spent eight years in Biotech, Engineering and Tech agency recruitment, then joined Tessera in 2022. She lives in New Hampshire with her robot-building husband, two feisty daughters, and two Siberian cats.

- Being highly organized and detail-oriented
- Planning eg: purchases and renewals
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Software (or general IT) administration and/or management of technical platforms/tools
- History of driving small projects in parallel to deliver "quick wins"
- 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally with exposure to biotech or related fields

- Implementing and improving organizational processes for application requisition, assignment, management, and related topics and workflows
- Maintaining thorough and detailed documentation of Tessera's software portfolio, and ensuring renewals are appropriately scoped and executed
- Managing vendor relationships and communications around software licensing and renewals
- Automating workflows for identity and application management and governance
- Connecting with business stakeholders to ensure their application and tool needs are met
- Being a key stakeholder in budgeting processes; driving fiscal responsibility while enabling users with the necessary tools to for executing their priorities
- Working both independently and as part of a team to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
