Job Summary:
The Senior Analyst, Payroll Systems & Process is responsible for all payroll related systems and includes
primary responsibility for future system upgrades and process enhancements. This position works with IT,
Payroll, HR and Finance. Performs related duties as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum Experience: Five years experience in a dedicated payroll position; supervisory experience is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple projects and deadlines with changing
priorities, accurate, organized, self-motivated, willing to work overtime as needed.
Act in an appropriate and professional manner as defined by the company's Standards of Behavior, Policy
and Procedures, and Scope of Services.
Commitment to deliver superior results and to provide outstanding customer service.
Excellent computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet, and e-mail applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Federal, State and Local Payroll Tax.
Interact effectively with employees at different levels throughout the organization.
Kronos and Crystal report writing knowledge a plus.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships in a sometimes
stressful working environment.
Prioritize in fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Processing semi-monthly/monthly payrolls using an in-house Lawson payroll system.
Proficiency working in both teams and individual project environments.
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, advanced knowledge preferred.
Research and problem solving skills.
Resolve routine unionized payroll issues.
