Your Impact

Strategy Planning Process:
Support the development, refinement, and execution of our strategic priorities.
Evaluate progress of these strategic priorities through KPI tracking and reporting.

Special Projects & Leadership Support:
Organize and manage the intake of special project requests from Board of Directors, C-suite, and senior leadership. Track status of the requests through close collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop work plans with cross-functional partners. Partner and execute to ensure timely delivery.

Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research, internal assessments, and external benchmarking to identify growth opportunities, market risks, and industry trends.
Synthesize insights, draw meaningful connections, and develop strategic recommendations.
Own basic financial modeling and data analysis.
Executive Communication & Presentation Development:
Create communications and presentations for Board of Directors, senior leadership, and strategy meetings. Materials need to be clear, concise, and aesthetically pleasing.
Assess and tailor the level of detail in these communications/presentations to the intended audience.
Approach all analysis and communications with a proactive lens of "how could this be better? How could this process work more smoothly?"

Bachelor's degree required.
2+ years of experience in management consulting or a strategic operational role working with cross-functional teams.
Enthusiasm for strategy execution and its impact on business operations.
Passion for retail; prior retail experience (client-facing or operational) is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent business acumen and analytical capabilities.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to track and manage multiple high stakes workstreams at once.
Ability to adapt quickly to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Confidence and professionalism in operating with discretion on highly confidential workstreams.
