Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 + Bonus

Your area of focus Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) acts as a financial advisor and trusted business partner to actively support decision-making throughout AutoCanada. The FP&A Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in financial analysis, business planning, and internal reporting. We are looking for a curious, hard-working, and driven problem-solver with a 'let's-get-it-done' attitude, eager to develop alongside our growing FP&A team.

What drives your day-to-day?
  • Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure timely delivery to Executive team and stakeholders
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the company's financial performance against management and industry KPIs and budget
  • Utilize financial knowledge and business acumen to evaluate capital investment decisions, and synthesize findings into cohesive recommendations
  • Contribute to performance analysis and preparation of board materials
  • Identify process and cost optimization opportunities across the business
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting, analysis, and cross-functional projects


What Are The Must Haves...
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related analytical field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in a SharePoint environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-finance stakeholders
  • Strong financial modelling skills and ability to translate numerous data points into actionable and easy to understand insights
