This role's target base annual salary range is currently $85,000-95,000. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate, and pay relative to other team members

What You'll Do
As a Senior Analyst at B&D, you'll play a key role in developing the research and analysis that guide high-impact decisions for colleges and universities. From the future of student housing and recreation to campus master plans and public-private partnerships, your work will directly shape projects that transform communities.
You will:
- Lead analytical workstreams including financial modeling, market research, needs assessments, and feasibility studies.
- Turn data into strategic insights that help our clients make confident, informed decisions.
- Create compelling deliverables-reports, presentations, and models-that bring clarity and direction to complex issues.
- Engage in client-facing work and internal collaboration that reflects both intellectual rigor and practical impact.
- Contribute to the growth of our firm by mentoring junior staff, participating in business development, and improving our tools and methodologies.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in planning, architecture, engineering, real estate, higher education / non-profit management, construction management, or related discipline.
- A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- An excellent communicator who can synthesize complexity into clarity for colleagues and clients.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Willingness to travel frequently to client sites.
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
