Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT) Support Services. We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst to join our team of professionals in support of the USMC MCICOM G-4 Directorate.

Essential Duties & Job Functions:
  • Identify, assess, and integrate innovative technologies and processes to enhance Marine Corps installations.
  • Work on high visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and perform all functional duties independently; may oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific task.
  • Apply analytic methodologies and principles to address clients' needs.
  • Conduct research, survey literature, or market data; summarize data; compile analyses, reports, or other documentation.
  • Compile and consolidate all Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) reports for MCICOM and assist with the upkeep of the OSHA 300 log for the headquarters. Provide OSHA 10-Hour & 30-Hour Training, Supervisor 4- to 8-hour training, and new employee indoctrination per current SMS policy.
  • Manage, access, and utilize the Risk Management Information (RMI) Modules, Enterprise Safety Application Management System (ESAMS), Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2), Automated Message Handling System (AMHS), Common Output Level of Service (COLS) Application, GEO-Fidelis Portal, and SharePoint. Obtain the required non-disclosure agreements associated with each application and liaison with the prime contractors of each application in support of the centrally managed program applications and modules. As modules are changed or tested, the contractor shall assist with testing, review, and implementation of the changes.
  • Support, oversight, compliance assessment and delivery of the more than 110 safety services provided by each unique installation. Provide advice and guidance with policy changes and assistance with related instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and tasks.
  • Research, draft, and assist with Naval Correspondence, briefs, policy letters, instructions, memorandum, email relating to safety. Support working groups, meeting attendance, safety assessments, and conferences.
  • Promote safety and risk management by drafting safety newsletters, updating the MCICOM Web and SharePoint sites. Assist with developing, distribution and posting of pamphlets, posters, and magazine articles.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of USMC Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and Warehouse Handling Equipment (WHE) programs, inventories, and site inspections. Coordinate Technical Assist Visits (TAV) and training conducted by the Naval Crane Center (NCC) and assist with compliance measures per the NAVSUP MHE Program, as amended, and NAVFAC P-307 WHE Program, as amended.
  • Collect, collate, and analyze safety related data. Provide the data in trend reports, presentations, spreadsheets, or other media to identify actionable trends and to provide the leadership with safety dashboards and report that will be used to support the SMS and improve mission readiness.
  • Attend meetings and working groups to promote initiatives and programs to include wellness, suicide prevention, sexual assault prevention, and alcohol abuse prevention. Cultivate emergent readiness programs and risk management controls that are noted through analysis, lessons-learned to minimize or eliminate high risk hazards or actions.
  • Provide advice, recommendations, or concerns to the Safety and Command leadership, supervisors, directors, and employees related to safety and mission readiness. Coordinate responses and ideas through the MCICOM government leadership. Liaison with MCICOM region and installation personnel, tenant commands, CMC Safety Division, Navy Crane Center (NCC) and HQMC IL LPE, and other service and civilian safety organizations. Use tact and care when responding for or representing the MCICOM safety leadership and immediately inform the government leaders of potential misunderstandings or conflicts that inevitably occur when interacting with the government.
  • Provide installation safety services to Marine Barracks Washington (MBW) personnel that are outside of the scope of the Collateral Duty Safety Officer (CDSO). Advise the CDSO on safety services, application access, reporting requirements, risk management, and training needs.
  • Performs related work as assigned.


Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)

Education
  • Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of safety experience; or
  • Master's degree and 5 years of safety experience.

Experience
  • Must be able to travel both CONUS and OCONUS as required/necessary.
  • Must be skilled in developing executive-level correspondence and management programs involving executive-level participants.
  • Must have proficiency in briefing and communication skills to senior Military (e.g., O-6 level and above), Military Commanders and their staff, organizational leaders, and peers.
  • Must have experience working with a diverse and often conflicting group of stakeholders from a cross section of all staff divisions/efforts.
  • Industrial Hygiene general knowledge, Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Radiation Safety Officer, Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO), OSHA Outreach Trainer, Ground Safety Manager Course (GSM), Mishap Investigator, and other professional safety qualifications HIGHLY DESIRED.
  • USMC or other Military service experience a HUGE PLUS.

Clearance
  • Must be a United States Citizen.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance; active DoD clearance highly desired.
