• ResponsibilitiesResponsible for supporting the development of ADP's Human Capital Management system that includes Payroll, Human Resources (HR), Time Management, and Benefits Administration applications for our clients. Perform enhancements and modifications on the Workforce Now product and work with product owners to understand the requirements for new features. Work with Quality Assurance (QA) members to communicate testing impacts and fix reported defects. Work on client reported defects, help triaging and finding out root cause, and fix the defects with high quality. Participate in Web 2.0 development using frameworks, including Dojo, React, and JQuery while also testing web-based applications. Responsible for Object Oriented Design and Programming using Java/JEE; service layer development with Enterprise Java Beans (EJB) 3.0; component-based User Interface (UI) development for web applications using Java Server Faces (JSF); unit testing using Junit/Testng and Mockito/Powermock; development of restful services using Jersey JAX-RS implementation; and custom widgets and component-based development using Dojo and React.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, related Engineering disciplines, or related field of study plus five (5) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and three (3) years of related experience.
• Work Experience. Three (3) years of experience must include: Object-oriented design and backend programming (Java, JavaScript, VBScript); Creating and troubleshooting complex SQL queries; Selenium; Cucumber; BDD; GIT; TestNG; Junit; Designing Enterprise Level Automation Frameworks; Git based source control tools including GitLab, GitHub, or Bitbucket; Build tools including Maven and Gradle; Building CI/CD pipelines; Jenkins; Mobile Automation for iOS and Android using Appium; Database automation.
